Attention to all of my real estate agent friends. I am hosting a FREE continuing education class for credits. The topic is REAL ESTATE AND DIVORCE.
Participants will gain valuable insight into the divorce process, as it relates to the purchase or sale of real property, and be introduced to the many factors the court considers in making an Equitable Distribution Order. You will also be able to help clients understand that “equitable” does not always mean “equal,” when it comes to New York marital property laws.
The class will take place on APRIL 16, 2019 @ 10:00 a.m. (Registration begins at 9:30 a.m.) at my office located in Fort Greene Brooklyn.
